Why did a Spanish bakery get hit with a lawsuit over a cake bar?

The bakery that makes the cake bar at La Barca is facing a lawsuit after an incident in which a customer told the bakery’s owner he would “beat his ass” if she didn’t take his order.

The customer in question, Juan Gonzalez, said the bakery didn’t have a cake and didn’t make a cake.

When Gonzalez complained, the owner called the police and took Gonzalez to the hospital, according to the lawsuit filed Thursday in San Diego.

The lawsuit also alleges that Gonzalez “began crying and crying and cried” and the bakery manager took him to the manager’s car to get a restraining order.

But the owner allegedly told the manager he had to leave the bakery because he was “in fear of his life.”

The lawsuit says that after the incident, the bakery received complaints from other customers about Gonzalez.

Gonzalez’s attorney says the bakery has no way of knowing if the customer was trying to make a joke or not.

The bakery has said it had nothing to do with the incident.
