Which Protein Bars are the Best for Weight Loss?

The answer is: There’s not much to choose from.

We found that most of the bars in our sample of 40%+ of the best-selling bars contained no meat, and some contained a bit more than half of the calories from fat.

In other words, it’s a little harder to get your fat-burning fix with a protein bar than with a diet-oriented snack.

For this reason, we recommend that you avoid the high-fat protein bars as much as possible.

There are a few exceptions to this rule: Some bars contain the lowest amount of protein and other high-protein bars may contain more.

But overall, the best protein bars are made of solid, wholesome ingredients that are packed with nutrients.
